Custom Homes

We are currently building a custom home in the Crutchfield Farm community, nestled in the charming town of Oak Ridge on the northwest side of Greensboro. Residents of Crutchfield Farm enjoy rural surroundings, with an abundance of wildlife and open space. Each home is situated on a 1 acre (or larger) lot, and homes are a minimum of 3,000 square feet, with either basements or crawl spaces. Crutchfield Farm has a Homeowner's Association, and the dues are very reasonable ($100 per year).
