Our newest community is The Trellises at Piedmont Crossing – located in northern High Point. Our townhomes will be 1,800-2,700 square feet with 2-car garages, and built with brick, stone and fiber cement board, exteriors ranging in price from $200,000 and up. Piedmont Crossing is a 270-acre master-planned community that will combine retail, commercial, office, and recreational space along with more than 1,000 residential units.
